Submission guidelines

General requirements

Provide clear descriptions and documentation for your submissions
Include high-quality thumbnails or preview images
Ensure your submission doesn't contain malware or illegal content
Review the Team Salvato IP Guidelines before submitting

Mod submissions

Include a direct download link (Google Drive, MEGA, etc.)
Label each download link when there are several versions or builds
Mention any content warnings or age restrictions
Provide installation instructions if applicable

Asset submissions

Specify usage restrictions or credits required
Include file format
Mention if the asset is original or derivative
For music, include track length, genre, and format details

Template addon submissions

Provide a brief description on what it does or is
Include setup/installation instructions
Specify compatibility with template versions
Mention any dependencies or requirements

Fanwork submissions

Link to where you first posted it
Credit everyone involved
Add content warnings where needed

How long will it take for my submission to be reviewed?

Patience is a virtue. Or so I keep hearing.

Please have patience. Our team reviews submissions as quickly as possible, but we're a small team with other responsibilities. Submissions are typically processed in batches rather than individually.

Can I update my submission after it's been published?

Yes! Updates are always welcome.

Yes! You can submit updated versions through the same form. Just make sure to mention that it's an update to an existing submission and provide a changelog.

Are there any restrictions on what I can submit?

Very few, and on purpose.

We accept most submissions as long as they follow Team Salvato's IP Guidelines and don't contain illegal content. We archive EVERYTHING with very few exceptions.
